Following the August 4 Beirut Port blast, the city was reduced to rubbles. Many properties belonging to MGM Capital were damaged and destroyed, including the Portside tower. But in an effort to support all the victims of the blast, the group prioritized the reconstruction of houses whose residents were rendered homeless. The Portside project is still undergoing construction, in a successful attempt to rise again from the ashes, just like our beloved city Beirut has time and time again.
